Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Valid order details (Order ID, invoice, or registered phone number) are required.
  • All exchanges and returns are handled exclusively via doorstep courier collection.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once verified and approved, NepHub Online Fashion will arrange the exchange or return at no additional delivery charge.

Change of Mind, Size or Colour

To request a different size, color, or style, contact our support team on WhatsApp. Collection and redelivery will be arranged through our delivery courier. The applicable collection and redelivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for eligible returns are issued as Store Credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods are not available.
  • If you exchange an item for a product of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.
  • Store Credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at NepHub Online Fashion.
  • Original delivery and collection charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional discounted items.
  • Altered or customized items.
  • Items showing signs of use, wash, perfume scent, stains, or missing original tags.

Store Rights

NepHub Online Fashion reserves the right to:

  • Inspect all returned items upon arrival before approving any exchange or Store Credit.
  • Refuse requests that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
